I went to get a bra. Girl was so incredibly helpful. Did a refitting and brought me different style and slight size difference to see what suited me best. Helped me understand what I should be doing and how to check my fit. Friendly and helpful the whole time. She had other customers but kept coming back to check on me. This really made my day because it's so hard to find my size in Yuma. The other stores we went to customer service was horrible and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Especially during the holiday season I understand but still. Whoever trained this worker did a great job. She's the best and I'll be going back for more and telling everyone I know. Her name was Shavelli. Hope I'm spelling that right. Make sure you go see her for a measuring at Dillard's.
We like Dillards because we consistently find quality merchandise that meet our wardrobe needs. Each department is well labeled and organized. Prices are moderate/high. We found Men's dress pants that are perfect for his work.
I had the most pleasant experience on 6/18/2021. A young lady in the fragrance and cosmetic department went out of her way to help me find substitutes for my regular products that were out of stock. She took her time and explained the difference of the new products. It is so nice when a young person is kind and helpful. This young lady told me she has worked for Dillards for 8 yrs.! Thank you!!!
My fiancé and I had the best experience EVER here this evening!! We went in looking for a suit for him, and Kobe helped us with every aspect of the outfit- jacket, pants, shirt, tie, & pocket square. We didn't feel rushed or like we were bothering him at all. We got shoes and a belt to complete the look, Jonathan helped us with that. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the shoes he was showing us, as well as friendly. They went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable for us, and I soooo appreciate that.
