I've been going here for years (since 2015!). While they might be the most well known, they are AMAZING. I love the fact that they don't overbook and they RESPECT your appointment time. They don't overbook, they will turn walk-ins away to respect your appointment time and expect the same in return. They don't have a whole conversation in Vietnamese while you are sitting there. I love Vivian and Anthony and wish them success in their new location!
Unprofessional, rude and unfriendly. I walked in for a pedicure since they claim to take walk ins and I was told in a very rude way "NO TIME" I was extremely disappointed because I wasn't asked if I wanted to make an appointment for another day. This place clearly doesn't know how to run a business. All of the staff are just plain rude! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. There's usually only one or two people working here so you'll never get in.
I'm surprised with the negative reviews here. Today was my first visit with no appointment and I couldn't have asked for more. Initially when I walked in, there were only two nail techs & they were both occupied so I was told about a ~20 min wait. I left to grab a bite then came back & got seated. Andy did my pedicure and he was so good! He was very polite and gentle with my pedicure. Thank you Andy! The nail studio itself was clean so that's a plus. See you guys soon. :)
