I will never ever go here again. I showed them a picture of what I wanted I got nothing like the picture absolutely nothing like the picture and they charge me $375!!!!! I was so so angry and disappointed
I needed a haircut. I called and they said they could fit me in with just a haircut. I am not super picky about my hair. I straighten it everyday, so I just wanted side bangs and layers. My bangs go straight across and the layers need some work. Unfortunately I need to wait until my bangs grow some to fix them or they will be entirely too short. The girl who did my hair answered her cell phone and chit chatted with the other stylist the whole time. Not to mention the run down look of the place. And the cut with no wash or style was $45. Not a great experience and I will not be going back.
Nail Tech Yessica or Yessina forgot her name was the best! That's about it... The first hostess was Not polite at all and I should have gotten a name but didn't! I think maybe it was cause they had no business or close to lunch but I don't know!
I went to get a mani pedi done by Remi. She was wonderful and very detailed. I really loved my experience here and would love to come back!
What the actual what, whaaaatt??? Honestly the worst nail experience . She did a nice job on my toes can not lie . That being said , what I received was no Deluxe pedicure . The chair I sat in jets didn't even work . She had me just soak my feet in warm water no soap or fun stuff for about 20 min , while she finished someone else's nails . I was here early because I called to see if I could push my appointment back they said no I can't push my schedule back . Okay . But she didn't start my nails till over 30 min after I got there. I was here over three hours y'all.... one hour was dedicated to her fixing the god awful mess she made on my hands .. I wanted to cry so bad . I tried to stop a few time . She insisted she would fix them but that should have never happened like whaaaaat??? She got them to an okay point . She was falling asleep. Eating while working on my nails ,stoped multiple times . At one moment she put the wrong sns dip on me so there's another layer .. geez like just no . I was embarrassed at ppl walking by looking at my hands while she was doing them . Never again.
