Great experience miss my appointment but Merinda was so understanding with no hesitation I had another appointment as usual I had a pleasant visit even with the pandemic you feel very safe and comfortable everyone in the shop are very caring and loving always have a smile when I leave
I absolutely love this Salon! Merinda is amazing! She has gone above and beyond to fix my hair disaster leaving me with fabulous results! My daughter also gets her hair done by her and she is so careful and knowledgeable about different hair types and textures. Our hair has NEVER looked better. Not only is she able to color hair well but she is also a great stylist! I couldn't have chosen a better person to have styled my hair for my wedding. She truly is the BEST!
Not the friendliest service I've had I had to insist on seeing what was being done to my own hair and they stylist was very unpleasant and rude about it after insisting on certain things my hair came out ok
I am new to the Hamilton New Jersey area, so I'm researching where to go to get hair, nails etc. Goggled hair places in my area and M Hair studio was one of the salons that had nice reviews. I called and the lady on the phone was friendly and welcoming. I made my appointment for the next day, this is a fantastic place to get your hair done. They care about strengthening your hair. She took her time explaining to me why what and how. I love how she did my hair and I will be going back every 2 weeks. I highly recommend this hair salon.
The staff is very nice however my daughter's hairstylist had a harsh tone with us from the time we said good morning to everyone and clearly showed that she didn't want to do her hair. Despite having an appointment that we made she had other clients coming in and out and barely touched my daughter's hair. Thankfully another hairstylist kindly braided my child's hair. Otherwise who knows how long we would have been there. The ends of the braids I was not happy with since they were uneven and scraggly but we had to rush out since we were an hour late to a bday party. The next day I tried to fix it as best as I can. This is not the first time she had an attitude with us for no reason so we definitely will not be coming back.
