Probably the worst service I've ever had. Older lady, was rushing to do my nails, got more paint on my fingers than my nails. My 7 year old sister could have done a better job. Plus I asked for a wax and she did a terrible job then too- had to go to a second place to correct everything. Never again!
I remember coming here many years ago and being very happy with what i got, but i just recently tried them again and i was not happy with what i got. I got these nails done yesterday and they're not the shape i asked for and they're super thick. For being voted best in the Trentonian 6/7 years in a row *as displayed when you walk inside* with the most recent year being 2020, i expected better. Definitely do not recommend.
DON'T GO HERE! Absolutely Awful. I was told multiple times by Joyce and by the guy doing my nails that I was imagining that something didn't feel right and it was all in my imagination. A guy did my nails and was rushing so much that he put the wrong size tips on and then didn't push down tip so there was gapping between the nail and tip(main issue). He then proceeded to glue down two tips stuck together to my actual nail(because he was rushing) so he had cut the the tip off and used the drill file and he drilled so far to the point where he burned me and made my nail so thin. Then Started to put the gel on... 3 thick coats later, only for him to file 3/4 of it off(which is when he made me bleed). But before he filed it down I noticed that my nail wasn't level, it had bumps. Then I start to notice that some of my nails don't feel right because the tip wasn't put on properly. When I said something he brought over Joyce only for her to be condescending. Oh and I got called sensitive multiple times because they burned me and they made me bleed two different times. They made me pay $60 for nails that they messed up on and that they didn't finish.
Too bad no option for zero! Lady in back rude!!!!!! My neighbor started going there...She was treated the same way from the lady in the back on the right hand side she said she will never go there again very condescending and very rude
The Asian ladies were very disrespectful to me and my younger kids. Their service is very terrible. I do not recommend going there.
