i came here for a color correction/overall color and i really had high expectations especially reading all the positive reviews!! mahzad greeted me and was very nice to me throughout the appointment, especially with her 20+ year experience i really expected more from her. I left very unsatisfied with 3 colors in my hair the top being orange???? the tips being a nice dark brown like the color i initially wanted and the bottom being greenish which i expected but it was still very unflattering. When she bleached my hair she didn't separate any of it just applied didn't put enough bleach on the ends then told me my ends weren't lifting at all when they were left UNTOUCHED. Was very unprofessional at applying it as i left with my neck extremely irritated from the bleach sitting there and i had to move my hair multiple times as it almost got inside my eyes plus she brushed the bleach through??? even me as an amateur in hair i knew that's something you NEVER do. one it's extremely damaging two bleach doesn't spread like color. Keep in mind i did have black box hair dye on the mids and ends where she should've been paying the most attention to but didn't. she lathered a very thin layer and focused more on my virgin roots and already very light under part of my hair. When she applied the color i was so excited to see the outcome and when i saw it i really wanted to cry the colors were all so different they really didn't look much darker than before she applied it i was so disappointed that after so much time it looked worse then when i came in. Not to mention i have some staining around my face which i don't mind very much but she could've been more careful. the salon itself was pretty dirty as well with hair and dust all over the floors and counter even the blinds i could tell its been there for a pretty long time... I really do recommend her for a simple color and cut but otherwise pls go to a more professional salon :))

Wow! Deanna just gave me a facial and my complexion looks AMAZING--so clean and radiant! Really love the fact that not only is Deanna very personable, as a mature esthetician, she is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to advise me on how to care for my skin. Will definitely be back.
