IM BLOWN AWAY and honestly 5 stars isn't enough. I came to the resident colorist Brandy for a color correction after a lot of hair color / bleaching messed up my hair. It was patchy and gross-looking, damaged, and like 20 colors (seriously the last pic I posted doesn't even show how bad it was. It was FLATTERING lighting, my hair was awful). Like my hair is less damaged and dry now than when I came there and she BLEACHED it... really solid work. She took my gross patchy damaged hair and gave me a STUNNING ashy platinum. I had considered going Smokey lavender but I loved how even and light the blonde looked on me that I decided to just go with that. Truly incredible work, and reasonably priced! She also communicated with me very well, respecting my wishes and listening patiently, and explained things whenever I asked a question. And I ask a LOT of questions. So clearly she is a very patient and considerate person. Completely satisfied and I will definitely be coming back in the future and referring people to her. Thank you Brandy
