Lynn's Nails & Spa in Roy, UT

I've been getting my nails and toes done here since 2004 by Linsey. I drive 45-50 minutes because I dont trust anywhere else. I love the massage chairs.

My nail lady was out of town at a different salon so I went to Lynn's nails. I will never go back. Very unprofessional. The lady that did my nails barely said a word to me. She was on the phone almost the while time. She did a good job on my nails.
I felt they were laughing and talking about me as they kept looking at me.

This is the worst nail experience i've ever had. I will never go back here. I asked for french tips and this is what I got.

I have been going here for the past 3 years with no issues, but in the last 2-3 months I've noticed that the service has really started to decline. I went in for a pedicure today and it was really busy  which I understand so I was fine waiting. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I had the worst 15 minute pedicure of my life. The guy that did my pedicure was so rushed and so rough. My feet are raw and hurt so bad I can hardly walk! The bottoms of my feet were filed/pumice/scrubbed very hard. It was so uncomfortable I almost jumped out of the chair. I spoke up about it hurting and he just kept doing what he was doing but did it even faster after I said it was hurting. My nails and cuticles were also filed/clipped very quickly and carelessly and all around my nails (which are way too short) are red and I have small cuts from the file. I am hoping that I don't end up with an infection.
I'm super sad because I've never had this bad of an experience here before. This isn't the first time I've had a very rushed service in the past few months but this is the first time I have ever been hurt and worried about infection. I won't be going back based on how bad today was.

I don't like giving a bad review but with this I must. I went to Lynn's Nails yesterday -June 30th for a pedicure. It wasn't too busy and i was able to sit in a chair right away. The sweet lady begin my pedicure and all was good until, out of the corner of my eye I see a spider, yes a spider crawling around in the side of my chair! It was literally right next to me! I don't NOT like spiders, I jumped off the chair and the lady doing my pedicure she moved pretty fast away from the chair as well.  Another worker got up and he got it off the chair and killed it( thank goodness) but the rest of the time I was worried about seeing another spider. The owner just laughed about it and that was it!  She didn't seem too worried about having spiders in her nail salon. Well, that will be the last time I go to Lynn's Nails as it looks like they need to clean and update their salon or possibly just spray for ants, spiders, etc. I would have given 1 star but the lady doing my pedicure was nice and did a decent job. If you don't like spiders or bugs, don't go there
