I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The nail polish they use is old because it chipped off after two days, as you can see in the pictures! The guy was using tissue paper and water spray to clean my nails after filing them! They overcharged me for the combo mani padi service and tried to blame it on me by saying I requested it separately. One of the techs was extremely rude and said if I didn't like the service then I don't have to come back. I think she's the owners daughter as she was arrogant and impolite, she must know she would not be fired by "mommy" for her rudness. She certainly needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. They don't deserve the one star and more like minus ten stars.

Lyna and her daughter were nice and the daughter did a great job with my dip powder nails but Lyna was extremely rough when removing the SNS powered already on my nails. Now they are extremely weak and I had two nails literally break after less than 2 weeks. I've been getting SNS powder for 10 years and never had my actual mail break. It's been painful. Lyna, please properly remove the sns powder because it matters and my experience would have been great if you did. Now my nails are recovering. I will not be back.

I went on Sunday but called ahead and they were happy to get my mom and I in for appt. We arrived at 5:00pm and they closed at 6pm. Immediately upon walking in was told to sit down. Then without so much as a "hello" the tech asked what color and what I wanted. I hadn't seen a menu of prices or colors. I wanted to explain what I was thinking but basically she rushed me to pick a color and told me I had to have dip powder. Before I could ask for a cuticle trim she immediately put the acrylic's on. So I just went with it. But then she snapped at me several more times for moving my fingers. On the way back from washing my hands the nail tech (first seat/maybe the owner??) Yelled across the salon "I'm not ready!!!" I turned to look and she was pointing for me to get back to my seat. I explained that I was simply talking to my mom for a second and helping her choose a color. I was still standing up so it wasn't as if I was sitting down and chatting for a while. She then continued to be very cold. The only time she smiled was when it was time to pay. She rushes through the whole service. My nails are crooked and not even. Looks like it's a week or more in to this set due to gap between nail and cuticle. It took her 15 minutes less to put a full set on me than for my mom to get a fill by another tech. I understand wanting to get the last appts out and I would have tipped accordingly but this was a terrible service and experience. I left feeling like I was in trouble from how she spoke to me. She also kept asking me to buy crystals as if I didn't see the 10 signs posted advertising they sell them. Never again.

Not a good experience...
normally when i come it's good and they do a good job but i do not recommend getting the owner to do your nails. I repeatedly said not to rip off the previous nails i had on, and they just kept trying to rip them off until i literally had to pull away and say i wanted them soaked off. Also 4 of my nails are crooked and we're never made straight even when i said something... This used to be the place i always came to but after this experience i don't know if i'll ever be back !
