Lv Nails & Spa in Henderson, NV

I visited this location today with a friend of mine. We were walk-in's, which was fine. We were seated instantly after we put our information into the portal. The tech had my feet soaking for 30 mins. At this point the water was cold and she was still working on my friend feet or at least I thought she was. She stopped working on his feet to go and help what seemed to be one of her "regular customers". He had to ask if someone would be able to finish him. A different tech had to come and finish his pedicure after she finished another customers manicure. Meanwhile, I began to put my shoes back on, because my feet had began to wrinkle from sitting in cold water. I am highly upset with the way we were treated today. The behavior was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this nail spa to anyone. If she had another customer whom had an appointment, they could have let us know and we could have decided if we wanted to stay or not.

Amazing salon...don't delay ...treat yourself.  I've been a client for a year now and always very satisfied.   Shout out to Kim and Jenel.

I live in California and came to visit my son and wanted to get my nails done.  It's so hard when you don't know where to go. Thank goodness for yelp Lb nails had 5 stars. So I came here and Sonny was awesome. He did a beautiful job on my nails. Was so gentle knew exactly what I wanted.  I am  very happy and feels good to have my nails back on. I will definitely come back. And my toes were done by Brenda I think that was her name. Hands down to both of them. Thank you so much both of you.

This place is really good! If you are looking for a Nail Salon. The person who have been handling my mani & pedi for years is Cindy but the other nail experts are good too as they are always busy!! So make sure to make appointment.
In addition, place is really clean too!

Had a great mani & pedi with Jon today. I don't get my nails done very often, so when I do go, it's a special treat. I was able to book my appointment online at their website, lvnailsspahenderson.com, and I found their use of technology to confirm the appointment and send a reminder to be helpful as well.

Jon not only did a wonderful job, he was easy to talk to and made me feel pampered.  Plus, he was interesting, and I found it impressive that he speaks four languages.

The salon was very clean and relaxing, and I especially appreciated the toe separators (which were not just made from tissue).

The woman in the chair next to me got a fancier pedi. Her feet were soaking in a rose petal bath, and they had fresh oranges and cucumbers that they were using to make it special.

Overall, I felt it was a great value ($55 before a discount and my added tip), and I'd recommend this salon to anyone.
