I've come to this salon for a little over a year now and have never been so disappointed. I went in and got a full set with french tips i was charged 95 dollars for this service which immediately seemed unreasonable to me as i've gotten far more intricate nails for the same price or lower. however i just shook it off and left. The nails i revived were not my favorite ever but they weren't great rather tolerable. A week after i got my nails done they began to lift and anyone who gets acrylics frequently knows that lifting after a week is not a natural occurrence. After paying 95 dollars plus a tip i would expect my nails to last at least more than a week. That saying i wouldn't recommend classy nails if you want quality work that's worth your money and lasts.
On Monday I had gel color done on my nails in preparation for a wedding. On Tuesday after I put on my glasses, and in sunlight, I noticed the color looked a little uneven on some of my tips because it was on thin. On Thursday, I went back to classy nails and pointed it out to the receptionist, she told me to go ahead and have a seat at a station and a gentleman put on another layer of color and topcoat free of charge completely fixing the problem and wouldn't even accept a tip. I was very pleased because they stood by their work and didn't charge me anything to fix it. I didn't even have to wait.
Full set with length was charged $180
Was told the shape I wanted I couldn't get due to length, cow design is good but not as the picture I'd brought in. Charges $100 for gems and a design in each finger- $80 for plain full set with length.
I always love coming to classy nails but this last time I paid over 80 dollars for a fill. And the polish was bumpy and already chipping and super thin. 3 days later I come in hoping they would make it right and not a care in sight.. they wanted me to for another fill to make them thicker or 35 for a polish change.. what a waste of money and really did not expect to get treated like this not here anyways.
This place is amazing. Reasonably priced, quick even when you want something extra, and does great with their designs. They actually listen when you want something specific or want a fix and they are super nice about it. Will be coming back for sure!
