The man doing my nails was rude and sloppy while doing them. I got French tips and the lines are uneven. He didn't take this time with it and he hurt me with the nail file and I pumped and he gave me a mean look and told me no. My nails were definitely not worth $55:00

I came 2 weeks ago and was rushed through a gel pish change. My nails were terrible looking after 2 days. The man stayed staring at his phone the whole time doing my nails. Oi chopped it up to he was having a bad day. The place is very pretty and clean so I wanted to go back and try again. Clearly that was a mistake, the people here did not want to work today either. I brought my 2 daughters in for mommy&me spa day. They rushed through everything so quick. I should have left the minute I walked in and they rolled their eyes when I said 3 pedicures. Would not allow my daughters to get a different color on their hands than their feet, the woman who did my nails rushed and was SO ROUGH I'm not sure I have finger tips left. She used her drill tool and completely took off my real nail then just put glue over the bleeding spot and shrugged her shoulders. None of my nails are the same length and they look like a 3 ye old painted them. She refused to put a 3rd coat on the clear sparkle polish I got so that lookshorrible, and she refused to clean under my nails so all the dust is still there.. how uncomfortable. I was so frustrated by the time I was done, I just wanted to leave. I'll go elsewhere and spend another $100 to get them fixed. What a horrible experience

I've been to this salon a few times on separate occasions so I could really get a feel for the place. I feel that when you come here, it's hit and miss on how friendly the staff will be towards you. I've gone in and have been greeted by super friendly staff but for the most part, I just get asked what I want and then I either get directed to a spa chair or I'm told how long the wait will be. I don't take this personally. I think most of it is just difference in culture. But at the same time, the attitude doesn't make you feel welcome. I always get a manicure and pedicure (I'm just too picky for anything else) and I've noticed a discrepancy in the services that come with my manicures and the price I'm charged. My very FIRST visit, when I was getting my manicure, the nail tech removed my old gel polish, trimmed my nails, and applied new gel polish. All that and I was charged for a manicure. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but that sounds like a polish change to me. My SECOND visit, during my manicure, I had old polish removed, my hands soaked in warm water, my cuticles were cut, my nails trimmed and shaped, scented lotion was put on my hands, my hands were massaged, my hands were given The Glorious Hot Towel and new polish was applied. I was charged for a manicure and I left feeling both happy and pampered. My THRID visit, during my manicure, I had old polish removed, my hands were soaked in warm water, my cuticles were cut, my nails trimmed and shaped, and new polish was applied Every time has been different. When you sit down for your pedicure, you're shown a menu and asked what package you would like. If there's a menu for manicures, I haven't seen it. I just know that I've left this place twice and a few hours later I'm cussing because I realize I wasn't completely given what I paid for. This salon needs to step up and do better. Mind you, I wasn't given bad service, my pedicure turned out nice and so did my manicure. But it was incomplete service. It's like, you're not getting an assured quality of service because the service is all over the place. I travel a lot for work but in my down time, I come to this salon because it's clean and it came recommended by most everyone I asked. I don't want to have to try to find a new nail place, but I also don't want to be feel cheated out of my money.

Told the guy I wanted my nails shorter for work and he said no. The lady who painted my nails seemed very unhappy doing my nails and when I told her she missed one she sighed and when I said there wasn't enough glitter she said it was fine.

I was a repeated customer... I was there every week or two for my acrylics. I made an appointment with my usual tech for my sister and I for one afternoon. When we get there, he is no where to be found. The staff said "Oh, he's on vacation. He's not here". I was VERY disappointed. Then, even after becoming aware of the mistake, none of the other techs even tried to help me. They all ignored me and were rude. At one point, I even asked "what are we supposed to do then?" The man shrugged his shoulders and said "wait an hour". I was furious. Wait an hour on an appointment I had made over two weeks ago? Plus, I had gotten fungus under my pinkie nail from their equipment and the tech STILL worked on it. I even pointed it out, and he said "No, no. Not a fungus", but it was IN FACT a fungus. Why is it so hard to find a CLEAN, friendly nail salon?!
