I called first thing in the morning to ask for an appointment after a hair disaster: coloring with a new home color had fried my ends and they looked like the end of an old broom in the bottom two inches of all of my hair. Immediately Rebecca understood how hair can make such a huge difference in how you feel and managed to work me in to her schedule quickly! Rebecca asked me right away to explain the product I had used, how it was processed, and thought it through to try to figure out why this had happened. She didn't just want to cut it off quickly; she wanted to help me determine why it happened to prevent it happening again. Not only did she get rid of my awful ends but she managed to give me an amazing style that doesn't even look that much shorter - and I LOVE it! She also took the time to educate me about the coloring process and, although many people are not comfortable working with copper (like natural red) hair coloring processes, she is familiar and comfortable so I'm going back in a few weeks for her to color my hair and prevent me creating another disaster. She saved my day (week, month) because I was in tears looking at the mess I had made (and she didn't make me feel bad for messing it up)! I think I just found my new permanent stylist and I'm thrilled about it!

This place is a good local salon. The owner is wonderful and extremely nice and gives you the "at home" feeling. I purchased a coupon for $50 that gives me multiple items ( Mani/pedi/eyebrow/hair etc). I lost my coupon after using it one time and the owner still accepted me which is amazing because i was going in there with no hope that they would still value my lost coupon. I used the deep conditioning treatment and the owner was my stylist (She did a great job) 2nd time i came in i did the mani pedi. The lady who did it, i forgot her name, but, i'm not exactly sure she knew what she was doing. she was pushing back my cuticles with no mositure, my hands were straight dry so she wasn't even able to get rid of all my cuticles. thank God for the parben wax treatment to soften my nails because with out that i doubt i nails would look good. she didnt buff the nails or anything. And the file job was sucky. i showed my boyfriend when I was done and he immideitly said never to get them done here again. it must be aweful when a man notices nails are not the way its suppose to be. Pedi was OK- it was an express pedi so i wasn't so picky i knew it was going to be quick. I would go to Red Nails to be honest. the owner there does a way better job with manicures. Customer service= 5 Stars Nail Tech= 2 stars I probably wont come back unless every store is closed or booked.
