I was disappointed that my dip nails didn't last past a week . I was on vacation in California and my nails started chipping and breaking. Will not be back - very dissatisfied.
I have come to Luxury Nails and Spa to get my nails done a few times before most experiences were good. They always did a good job and everyone was kind. Recently I got a mani pedi for the summer. My manicure was well done and looks beautiful. I got a French tip and they paid great attention to detail- always a wonderful thing. My pedicure was very relaxing. I had kids with me and they got pedicures. The stylists kind of took advantage and gave them the more expensive pedicure. I understand they are trying to make money, but I much would have preferred they ask before.
Highly Recommend! I moved from CA and looked for a good nail salon here in Ohio. I'm so happy I found Luxury Nails in Avon Lake next to Giant Eagle. The nail stylists are the best! My nails look great every time! I also love that they took the time to get to know me and my needs. Friendly, clean, professional. Happy I found them.
Their customer service is wonderful, everyone is so nice. They also do incredible work and really make sure you love the final product. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
Have been coming here for years, but unfortunately will be finding another place for gel manicures. My last 2 have started chipping or peeling within the first week. I thought the first time was a fluke but I went back to a different technician and it happened again. I'm not sure what has changed, as my gel manis from here used to last as least 2 weeks.
