Been going here for at least 12 years --- when my me and my son - he has special needs - check in on the sane on line reservation, I get bumped and can't get my hair cut after him! I will never understand the program logic. I get there before anyone else. Yet I get bumped? Then I find out that this location was just sold -- and that long employees quit. Time to move on.

We had an unfortunate experience at a different location and thankfully Sierra from the Avon Lake location helped us and our 3 year old son so much! It took weeks for our son to emotionally be ok to try another stylist and to also grow out his hair so we could make an attempt to correct what the previous stylist cut incorrectly. Our son is 3 years old with some delays and sensory issues. Sierra was extremely patient, spoke very politely towards him, told him everything that she was doing and would be doing next, was courteous, gentle and treated our son like her own. His hair looks so much better and we went home with a very happy and smiling handsome little boy! We can't thank her enough! God bless her!
The dimwits that work here don't seem to understand plain English. Had a horrible clip, went back to get it fixed. Again, while I'm asking for the sides to be the same length as the top and bottom so it doesn't stick out like Bozo the Clown, same haircut again. I went home and shaved my head bald to fix it!!! At least it's all the same length like I wanted. I repaired the damage.
