They did a wonderful job listening and informing me of what was going on. I've been to multiple salons before where they didn't listen to me or ask what I wanted but this salon was different they were so kind and they weren't rude to me when I made requests. The salon itself was beautiful, clean and even had holiday decorations out. This is definitely the #1 salon in the area.
I was only in town to see the Beyoncé concert, and wanted to get my nails done before. I came in on a whim since it was next door to the grocery story and the service was impeccable. The best gel manicure I had in a long time, and the polish lasted more than 2 weeks. I wish I lived near by, This would absolutely be my go to spot. I don't remember my persons name, but she sat at the first table closest to the door and she was talkative and funny, but still quick and detail oriented. I will definitely make it a priority to come back next time I'm in town.

I don't like writing poor reviews but I'm so disappointed and hopefully this notice makes a change to their salon. Everyone was very friendly but the quality itself was an extreme let down considering I spent $140. They were so rough I bled on both my mani and pedi. Very unsanitary and I just got a "sorry" and glue on the cut to make it stop bleeding. I didn't get what I asked for but was rushed out without being able to have anything fixed. At this point there was no fixing unless it was completely restarted but we had other things to do. I hate to critique others on their work but it was plain sloppy and painful. The salon is clean and attractively decorated. It is in a good location in Blue Springs, Missouri. I'm sure if you are lucky enough to get a technician who listens to you, you will have found your new salon. It took me 3 months to convince James I wanted the dip powder. He insisted it was not good for the nails and used dip powder base and gel color for the color. This process would not last 1 week. Finally, he agreed to dip powder for the color. His process was unlike what I had gotten at another salon, and it too did not last 1 week. As I had out of state family coming in the next week, I tried another local salon, and left there with hydrated hands, and my dip nails are going on 2 weeks now with not even a chip. I will not be going back to Luxury Nail & Spa.
