ME NAIL BAR in Blue Springs, MO

I would have rated 0 stars if I could . My mom and I have been coming here since they were sunny nails in Gladstone and have been very loyal to this business. We booked an appointment yesterday for 2 fills and 2 pedicures , my Mom , sister and I whom might I add are all black went to get our nails done today  , when we arrived they confirmed our services and seated us , I was supposed to get my nails done after my mom by the same tech but a white lady came in way after us and the owner Kyle  told my mom I would have to wait to get my nails done because we had only booked one fill and one pedicure and this lady was going to the same tech we were and only changed it to 2 today which was a lie and he also stated that he was doing us a favor because we were late and pushed back our appointment claimed this isn't the first problem they've had with us which is false the last issue was similar to this one and it was because the pit us down for the wrong appointment and called us liars , after they decided to argue with us and humiliating and embarrassing my mother ,the receptionist started talking to us with nothing but disrespect and going as far as to say he heard me say I wasn't going to tip them which was a lie , because no matter the service we always do and said he heard me running my mouth outside and we need to hurry up because we were being ridiculous and spoke to us like absolute crap, he wouldnt even answer my mother when she asked what the charges were  for when we went to pay. This incident was most definitely racially motivated , we have never been treated this way but  I am very more disappointed because as black women we already know how we are treated in these nail shops and the real reality so please be advised that this is how they behave and treat paying black customers and not only will we not be returning but we would Never recommend anyone to come here , such a disgrace !!!!!

The pedicure was amazing!! The place was clean and the people were so welcoming! They also have a bar that offers a free drink with selections over $50. 10/10 would recommend

Exactly how I want every nail salon visit to go! My sister and I got a manicure with dip powder, and they were so through and nice! Our nails look perfect! Will definitely be coming back!!

I had a pretty awful experience here. Went in for normal dip powder on my natural nails. The man cut off ALL my nails to the skin. Then proceed to do about 8 coats of the dip which made it extremely thick. I have never had such awful nails in my life. The picture sums it up. I was moved then to another man who tried to help and fix but it was no use. I was also charged. What?? 1.5 hours later my nails are destroyed. He offered to add tips. Should have been 45 min. Unbelievable and I would not recommend at all. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed after being recommended. I had an appointment but had to wait 45 minutes before they started on my nails. They then processed to tell me they could not do my nails because I had 3 broken. Eventually I was told they could do a new set. They had 2 people going back and forth on my nails. Left product on my nails. Very unhappy.
