Always come here and they do a great job with an acrylic mani- ask for Richard he did a perfect set! Usually I just go for whoever is available but will definitely be requesting him in the future. Pedis are good too but the manicures are more worth it for me because of how good they are. I always ask for acrylics and either gel or dip.
They will charge you extra for the bare minimum and they will make sure it's a rushed service, all they care about it's getting people in, not the quality of care. Nail tech made my finger bleed and forced me to pay extra for something that was never communicated. I have been coming here for years, got a basic gel nail, until recently but now that stops when they embarrass you in front of the whole entire store for asking why they charged you extra. They make you feel like you're the problem when all you wanted was an explanation. Never coming back, don't wish anyone well in this place
Even with an appointment, I have had to wait HOURS to actually begin the service! I have had my feet sitting in cold water waiting for a pedicure because the nail tech, Amy overbooked herself - per usual. Waisted so much time and money on nails that broke the next day and appts that took forever!!! So unprofessional and rude. Their sister store is outside the mall but has a similar vibe. Save your money, time and effort. Highly don't recommend to anyone!
This place is awful and staff does not have a good attitude. The lady doesn't know how to do dip manis and she should have just said that rather tha n creating such a terrible mess and I'm even bleeding. Did not even apologize
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS ! This place needs to be shut down by the health department! It smelled strongly of rotten eggs during my pedicure. A spa pedicure should be at least 45 minutes. My nails were painted and done within 25 minutes. This was a terrible experience . There are much nicer places in the area . My friend also got a painful foot infection after going here . Do not go here
