I've been coming here for a while it's always been great service with Helen. She was pleasant and I was always satisfied with the outcome of my mani and pedi. Recently I believe there's been a change in management. This is my first pedi that wasn't done by Helen. I was taken back upon arrival as I called ahead of time. An older woman assisted me. I told her I had gel on my toenails she asked if I'm getting a gel pedicure or regular. I told her regular she told me it's 10 to remove the gel currently on my toes. Which I thought was odd because the paint wasn't soaked off she removed in in 5 seconds with a drill?... When she began the drill but touched my skin which hurt a little I said "ouch" and she told me it never hurts her hand as if it couldn't have hurt me. She was extremely rough and moved super fast. I decided to get gel polish since regular pedicure was $45. I was hesitant on posting this because I actually do enjoy this nail salon it took me a while to find a place I was happy with and the other staff are actually nice. Im also a certified nail tech and really could've done this service myself for free. However I came to pay for relaxation and convenience. My experience was far from relaxing. My feet soaked in plain water with no type of foot soap. When I asked for the water to be made more hot as it was cold she told me she couldn't and that she filled the spa up too much with the cold water. My pedicure looked rush and not filed properly

i almost didn't come here but i'm so glad I did. I walked in with no appointment just hoping someone could get me in. they did, and quickly! Mia did a great job with my dip powder manicure and I will likely be back! Would absolutely recommend.
