Vincent has done it again! I decided to switch it up and go for stiletto and design, he added the embellishment and made it look even better. If you plan getting your nails done, ask for Vincent. If you want your pedicure done, I highly recommend Annie Le. Annie has done my pedicures for over 3 years, and has never disappointed me. I love her work and sweet personality.

I have gone here 3 times, and each time, it's been progressively worse. The first time, right after they opened, I went in and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, but I went in for a basic manicure and ended up being upcharged for things I didn't really want but felt pressured to say yes to (tips & a design). The second time I visited, I made an appointment but still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Again, they tried to get me to add services for more money, but this time I stood my ground on just a basic manicure and the woman told me I was "wasting her time with boring nails". The third (and last time) I went for a Man/Pedi as I was taking a trip and wanted something fancier. The whole experience was torture. During the pedicure the woman scrubbed one of my feet so long and hard my heel blead and didn't scrub the other at all, and clipped my toenails straight across but didn't file down the sharp corners (I asked her to and she said "no, that's not how we do it). I should have left then, but I stayed for the manicure. She absolutely ruined my nails. I brought an inspo pic (posted below), and as you can see from the before & after picture (also posted below) she obviously had no idea how to do what I was asking and instead of saying so just did whatever she wanted. I have given this place more chances than it deserved, and I'll never go back.

I'm OBSESSED with this nail salon! They always do a phenomenal job for a great price. So glad I finally found a nail place I can keep going to! Lily is my favorite nail artist!

I absolutely love this place when I love it, but hate it when I hate it. The only reason why I say this is because the skill of the techs are veryyy inconsistent, so the good ones are amazing and the bad ones are honestly not great, so the experience will differ very greatly depending on who you get. I've been going here for a few years now, so at this point, I've basically had all of them at one point, and hands down the best tech is Nancy. She was extremelyyyy attentive to detail, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. Super sweet lady and very caring, and hands down the best experience I've had getting my nails done. Overall, I would say make an appointment with one of the better techs if you want a good experience, otherwise it's a bit of a toss up.

Traveling here with husband's job and got a mani/pedi on a whim. Ask for Vince. He did a terrific job.
