Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to experience their services. I submitted an online appointment request which included specific questions on my hair type, goals, etc. and a selfie. I received a "tentative appointment" email which indicated I'd hear back on a confirmation. I never did. This is despite sending a text to the specified number, sending an email, and leaving a message. I responded to the initial email I received, and cancelled the tentative appointment. I moved on. A family member gets their hair cut here, and it always looks great. So from that perspective, it's worth a try. Pro tip: call for an appointment.
Taylor does a great job accommodating to my style. She is always honest and transparent. I feel great everytime I leave the salon.

In one visit you could learn more about your hair and how to care for it than you've learned in your entire life so far! A better way to blow dry it? Check. Ways to avoid product build up? Check. A styling wand would work better than a curling iron for the curls you want, and here's how to use it correctly? Check. Maybe the rest of you are already pros at all of this, but I was grateful for some education! Danielle is friendly, helpful, and intuitive. The cut and foil she did made the most of my fine, mid-length hair. My daughter's trim and the tips for managing her long, thick hair were excellent! Went to Erica salon and had the best hair cut and highlights ever. And they do a great job to make sure their leave happy guarantee policy is what you get.
