When I walked into this place of course everybody looked at me crazy. I'm a simple Hispanic woman and everybody there was caucasian woman employees and customers. I basically look like if I was the housekeeper to one of them. Don't judge a book by its cover Lol The lady that welcome me was nice I just wanted a condition treatment. I told her how much time I had she helped me right away. The girl that did my treatment was nice did exactly what I needed. I will go again.
I absolutely love this place! I go to both locations depending on my schedule and whereabouts and I can say that either location will be a good choice. Scheduling is super easy and you can request an appointment online. They are quick to respond and never any hassles around scheduling. I don't have anyone in particular do my hair but they keep records of color treatments so you can refer back to that if you end up seeing someone different. I always get a great cut and color no matter who I see and always get lots of compliments on my hair so you know it looks good! You won't be disappointed.
Shout out to the sweet young lady working the front desk. She was trying to help me find product and at one point I made a joke (from an old commercial) in response to information she gave me. She looked at me kind of funny and it didn't occur to me until I got home that commercial probably came out 15 years ago and she probably had no idea what I was talking about. I felt so bad, without the context of the commercial she probably thought I was super rude! I hope she reads this and knows I'm sorry. You are going a great job!
Been in North Carolina for two years now and have tried many different stylists but I can happily and gratefully say I have found my hair girl here. Sam B is amazing! Yes this salon is more on the expensive side but I'd say WORTH IT!
Very overpriced for the quality of the services. I have tried it 4 times with 3 different stylists and always had the wrong color and paid high prices.
