The lady who was working on 2/25/2023 made me feel some type of way. The Caucasian lady who was getting her eyebrows arched ahead of me received better treatment. To top everything off she was going to use the same dirty looking contaminated gloves she used on that lady while arching my eyebrows. What annoyed me was that she had a box of clean disposable gloves sitting on the table within her reach, and I had to ask her to change them. She acted like she barely wanted to touch me and pretty much rushed me out the seat unlike the Caucasian lady before me. I and my daughters have been coming to this place for a year and I've never been treated this way by the other worker. All I know is that I DO NOT want that lady arching my eyebrows again. I could have gotten an eye infection or anything if I didn't speak up. I don't know if she assumed because of my race that I would just brush everything off and not speak on my experience. I'm a person who don't mind tipping but this lady didn't get a dime from me. I wish I could give her personally 0 stars! This was a horrible experience.. and I'm basing this off the lady who was working this particular day! The other lady who normally does my eyebrows always made me feel like an appreciated customer. The lady that was there today made me feel like she had an issue with my presence, I regret that I didn't get her name. Every paying customer should be treated the same no matter the race!

today i went and got eyelash extensions here. it was my first time at this place since my usual lady was closed today. she got started very fast but soon kept pinching and poking my eyelids with very sharp tweezers. which hurt so bad i couldn't keep still. she ended up pinching me a total of 26 times (yes i counted). even after saying ow and flinching she would just do it again. i now have small marks all round my eyelids and they're super sore. the eyelashes look amazing but it wasn't worth the thirty minutes of torture.

Love this place. She always does a great job. Brows are amazing. She even does Brazilian Waxes for $40.00. Close and convenient to NCSU. My new go to spot.
