Horrible service completely rushed the provider i was with didn't listen to anything i wanted i had to have him start over three different times on my toes bc he was trying to do a whole different style i asked for an extension on my toe he just laid the acrylic down and called it a day next day the were all falling off because he didn't lay a tip so it had no foundation then said he couldn't do my nails bc i was changing to much stuff he didnt even ask me what i wanted from the start and my best friend was so upset about her set horrible shape not the right color the worst experience ever
I've been here twice and the wait is hit or miss... they will offer you a drink maybe wine or beer which helps.
Ruby has done my nails and she is a god send she's quite talented and LISTENS to you she knows what she's doing. She's professional and does excellent work. My last visit was right before Beyoncé's concert in KC and I told her I need SILVER FOR QUEEN B and I needed chrome in my life I wanted to try it and BOY she DID NOT disappoint. Attached is a picture of my nails! I'd say if you're going She's worth it but I can't speak on anyone else!
Made an appointment 24 hours in advance and was seated immediately. I booked a volcano pedicure & french tip backfill. Easily the best pedicure of my life. My feet are so smooth & the technician was gentle. Vibe was comfortable. Lots of conversations flowing throughout the salon.
I found this place through previous yelp reviews. By far the best customer service since I've been getting my nails done (27yrs). John & Ruby go above and beyond to please his customer. I'm super picky with my services and where i spend my money-they are beyond wonderful. I 10/10 recommend this place.
Took my daughter a week ago $75 plus tip and her nails pealing, cracking and the polish is flaking off . Very disappointed
