Called in at 11 am for a manicure, they had time for me at 2pm and didn't even complain when I was 10 minutes late and had 2 little ones with me! Nails came out great! Will definitely be back!
Went in there because I had a reservation through ClassPass. Spoke to the lady on the phone because I needed their new address. Never once did she mention anything about a problem with ClassPass. It wasn't until I got there that she let me know that ClassPass hasn't paid her and won't be able to use my credits through ClassPass. She wanted me to pay out of pocket for a service that had already been "paid" for. I had to contact ClassPass in order to cancel the reservation and get my credits back.
I went to their new location in Norwood Ave for the first time and it was very nice/remodeled inside. The person who did my nails, Ann, was very careful and precise with her technique. I have long nails that often break, but she knew how to protect and grow out my natural nails with builder gel so that the nails would have more structure and be stronger with NO acrylic. Great service and nails came out beautifully designed. I got my nails done before going off to college and after 7 weeks, it lasted through the growth and still didn't break off! I will definitely be coming back soon!
This place is the absolute BEST! I 've tried other Nail Salons and nothing comes even close! They do a beautiful job every time, and are so gentle. The Salon is gorgeous, peaceful,calming and so clean... Luu is a wonderful person who really cares about helping others in her shop, in the community etc. I love my nails and my experience there every time!
Went to go get a full set done seems like they moved to Norwood. She used files and nail bits that were already used and not sanitized. I asked her to use a new one cause that one is used and she said this one is ok as she pulled out a new one but used a file again that is already used. The cuticle cutter was not sanitized as she just pulled it out from the drawer. She cut me twice and said no scared I already know. She didn't know what's the price gunna be until Luu comes. And at the end she didn't know how to do the design I wanted. I should've went somewhere else. Which was my thought from beginning.
