My go to place for hair cuts, color and waxing! Kathy is the best! I used to cut my husbands hair but broke my arm earlier this year, he is so particular that I went with him to the first appointment and gave her suggestions and she was very kind about it!

I wish I got her name but this nice woman squeezed me in last minute for a haircut. She had someone else coming in but she said no problem and I got sat in her chair right away. I didn't know what haircut I wanted but I did want to go short. She asked me questions and educated me on the type of hairstyle she thought would suit best for my hair. When she was done I was in shock. I LOVE it so much!! It was exactly what I wanted and even better. Shit even the price was shocking $25. Hell yes definitely recommend. Thank you to that one lady and the whole shop that made it feel very welcoming.

Hate being one to complain, but I was seen here by Vanessa and all I wanted was blonde. She suggested highlights so I agreed. I was already a highlighted blonde so it seemed like a good call. After I was done the first time, she said it didn't turn out how she wanted and asked for me to come back in to touch up some spots. Came back within 2 weeks (Christmas week, so I had to wait due to being busy). Went back for the 2nd time and she decided to completely bleach my roots. Didn't make sense to me since it was a highlight but I am no hair professional so I trusted the process. After toning twice she still seemed unsatisfied. I went back for a 3rd time and she weaved even more bleach in my already half yellow hair. I was not happy with the results so I have called the salon twice now with someone saying they will contact her to contact me and I've received nothing. Ended up paying more than I initially paid to fix my hair. Unfortunately, would not recommend. (Last pic is my hair after seeing someone else*)

I cut my own bangs. Like I didn't intend to, but I did. I wasn't even infront of the mirror, I was walking down my hallway. When I got to the mirror, I couldn't believe what I had done. I was very upset. My friends being as wonderful as they are, made a lot.of fun of me. I thought my only option would be to hide at home until it grew back. Alexis told me she could fix it. I was reluctant, but at this point, what did I have to lose? OMG!! This woman is a hair genius. She stated with the spraying and snipping, and I was like omg, omg! When she was done, I was like O. M. G!!!! How did you do that. You can't even tell that I had done to my hair. I went in with a hat and I was reluctant to take it off. I left there, threw the hat on the back seat and went to show all my friends my bangs. Alexis and the whole crew at the Klip Joint is friendly! It's a warm, friendly, welcoming environment. I'll definitely be back.
