Lush Nails and Spa in Rialto, CA

I've come here for 5 years! Kaylynn never misses. She has done amazing work on my nails and always does the best nail art!!!

I never leave reviews but this was a really bad experience. I found them randomly because they are located close to me. The woman Anna who did my pedicure did an amazing job. The male who did my manicure did not know what he was doing. I didn't get his name but he's a taller, darker complexion. He cut my fingers up so badly. He kept trimming to the point I had to tell him to stop. Because the nails were so irritated and bleeding. He then went to go wipe my bleeding nails with a visibly dirty towel and I told him to stop. He then put alcohol or something to stop the bleeding. The bleeding didn't stop! At the end of my appointment I had to ask for a bandaid and all they did was just say sorry. I shouldn't have paid for my manicure. I'm still in pain & it's still open. He cut nearly all of fingers and he got one way more. On top of this, their cleanliness is lacking. They do not use new, sterile tools. I witness him spray down the tools he was using on me, with alcohol and place them back to be used again for someone else. I was BLEEDING. They should have been sterilized. This was ridiculous and I can't believe I even paid lol. I will not be returning.

This is the best experience I have ever had. All the staff members are absolutely amazing, courteous, and take care of your concerns. I really enjoy my pampering time there. I love how they do my eyebrows, and of course my nails and pedicure! Don't forget to try the massage chairs. I wish I can give them more than 5 starts Anna is the very best

I decided to give this place a try, I had asked for a pedicure as well as an acrylic manicure. The young Asian guy who was not fluent in english was having a hard time understanding my needs. An older lady I believe her name is Vivian came over to assist and help him get the color I had wanted. She hiked the price from $40 to $45 because she insisted on adding gel. While he was trying to do my manicure; I noticed my toes where not done right but decided to kept silent and thought oh well live and learn. But when I told him how the nails where not straight and how he filed it down to much on one thumb he started talking in his native language. An older man came over and both were talking to each other once again in their native language. Vivian if that's her name came over and engaged in their conversation AGAIN in their native language. She said to me " I fix don't worry". The older man made the young man stop and had me go sit and wait. I had already been there for 2 1/2 hrs. I simply asked Vivian can you tell me how long it will take and she just blew up and said " You want nails off!! We take off!!" I got mad and said "YES, Take them off!!" I wasn't going to give them my business and get treated like this. The Asian guy cut them off aggressively and had the nerve to tell me "Don't come back here no more" I asked him "what did you just say to me"? Don't you ever worry about me coming back I will NEVER come here because, you don't know how to do your job. After paying I said out loud, " Just so you know it is rude to speak your language and talk shit about your customers. That is unacceptable and unprofessional!!" I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. This is your warning ladies ALL the employees where rude!! We should not be treated with disrespect while they talk bad about us in their native language. It's one thing when they are having dialogue when they are alone but it's totally unprofessional and rude when they do it in our presence.

Been going here for almost two years, and their gel pedicures are great! Service and treatment are definitely worth the price, the best salon in Rialto.
