I have found my holy grail of nail techs in NWA!!! Maddie at LUSH slays any set that my daughters and I bring in to her. She is very easy to schedule with and loves to try new designs. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

I wish I could give a 0. I attached the reference photo(s) and then the photos of what I actually got. It's also just a gel manicure and it took an hour and a half. I asked him to fix the color twice and this is what he went with and I couldn't bring myself to correct him a third time. I'm so disappointed
I don't often have experiences bad enough to leave a review, but this one was especially awful. Please note below that the photo with slightly darker color is shown as a reference for what my nails/fingers usually look like. Lush did NOT do those nails. I came to Lush today because I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place before I leave town this weekend.
Today I did a walk in appointment to get my dip re-done. I don't know the name of my nail tech, but she seemed not to care at all and was on the phone several times during my appointment. The entire appointment lasted about 45 minutes. These appointments usually take about an hour. She used different products than any other nail salon I've been to (no activator for the dip, just several layers of gel polish to harden it. Also didn't use a lamp to dry anything. I just sat and waited which seemed odd).
The result of the many many very sloppy layers of gel polish can be seen below. The first photo is when I first left the salon. I know I shouldn't have left at all, but I'm generally a non-confrontational person. I even tipped.
I went to my car and then REALLY looked at my nails for the first time. The polish was all over my skin, including connecting the top of my nails to my skin. This is already dried. I tried getting a little bit off of my skin but noticed it was taking my skin with it (see photos of the corners of my thumbs). So I did something I never do and went back. I showed the front desk employee and another employee. They sent me back to the same person to have it "cleaned up." Her version of cleaning it up was to file the end of my nails a little more and then tell me to wash my hands again. NO ONE got out acetone or anything to remove this from my skin. No one offered to re-do my nails or a refund. A few seconds of filing and sent me on my way again.
I've never walked into a nail salon and wished my hands looked like they did before I walked in until today.
