Come here about every other week for pedicures and have had only great experiences. Find them to be some of the most detail-oriented nail technicians.

Very clean inside. Acetone smell is there but it find it much reduced from other salons in town. Definitely recommend.

Best nail salon in Nashville, I've been to most of them before finding Luminous and now it's the only place I go! Lovely salon, very clean and stylish and super friendly nail techs. Every time I come they do a perfect job every time!!

I am disgusted by their customer service. I came a few weeks ago to get a pedicure and they accidentally gave me a gel pedicure. When I got home, the paint was not drying. I returned back two days later to correct it and they did it again- used gel instead of regular polish. When I returned for the third time to get it corrected, they charged me full price for another pedicure and told me they would only give me a 5 dollar off discount, leaving me to pay the full 40 dollars for a pedicure that they messed up in the first place. I used to come here for years and am never coming again.

never come here . some workers are not certified . we asked to show they certification of barricade and they refused. came in on our birthday . Got a pedicure and nails and an employee kept making sly  Jokes . we ignored however when it was time for nails my friend showed her inspo and she said she could do it .as she's doing her nail she cuts her with the filer making her bleed And disregards.  After trying one nail and my friend not liking it she asked her nicely to remove it . The employee got upset and refused to remove it . The employee calls over the manager and tells him things in mandarían and then the manager accuses my friend of refusing to pay and calls the police . Witnesses in the salon agreed that my friend was just asking her to fix it to the police when they arrived !
my friend was forced to pay without the woman fixing it . We asked on the way out if they had certification and they refused to show anything . It's supposed to hung up . We believe that particular worker did not have certification based on how poorly she did . Please be careful going here could contract infection

I don't think I've a pedicure worse than the one I had here. Tony was horrible! I had to ask him to remove the dead skin on my feet and clean up my cuticles along with shaping my toenails all the same way. He seemed to have an attitude but those are basic things in a pedicure I should have to ask for. He was constantly forgetting steps and I had to ask "did you do this?". He then did my nails and I asked for almond shape which he didn't know how to do and was exciting horribly and after constantly having to ask him to fix it finally another lady came over and fixed it she did a good job and was able to do the French I wanted. I brought my little cousin with me and the tech that did her nails Van was good! When we checked out they tacked on all these fees and up charges that took our bill up to $320! For two full sets and gel pedicures! When I inquired about the price they were extremely rude! Horrible experience and way too expensive for the quality and customer service! Don't waste your money!
