Nail Bar in Nashville, TN

I called to make an appointment for my daughters birthday for a mani pedi for her and her two friends. I was told that they "couldn't guarantee" our time which should have been my first indication that this was a sub par business but I gave it a try. We showed up at our requested time the next day and were not even greater when we walked through the door. 10 minutes passed and still no acknowledgement until I asked when they could do the girls nails. I was told they didn't know so we left. Rude service and no holding of appointments means I will not be back.

Waited over an hour for a rushed job, just for the "manager" Leann to get upset because I didn't like the finished product. I stopped coming over a year ago for this same reason and I see nothing has changed. She, then wanted to argue with me because I didn't like what I received. If you value your time and money, I'd try CN nails across the street. If I could rate them - stars I would. I never leave reviews but I hope this helps someone from going to the nail shop and leaving unhappy.

I've visited this salon three times now and every time I have been very happy with the services I've received. The shop is always busy and it would be a good idea to make an appointment, but I'm never that organized! They do fit you in, if you are patient. And it's worth the time. It's hard to find a good shop, but this place is consistently good!

Poor customer service. This place is about the volume, not quality.
Earlier today, I made an appointment for a pedicure for my boyfriend and I. I called 2 hours in advance to make sure we would be seen at 4. I said there would be the two of us.

When we walked in, I noticed there was only one tech available. So we sat down by the entrance patiently waiting for the other tech to be ready too. At some point, the first tech came out and pointed at the chair for me to sit. My boyfriend was sat next to me. I saw that the other tech was still working with another client. I asked her, "what about my boyfriend?" She said that the other tech was almost finished and would be right with him. Long story short, she finished with me while my man was still sitting next to me unattended. She just turned on the water for him 5 minutes before she finished my pedicure. He was sitting all that time with his jeans rolled up, waiting.  For about 45 minutes...
The whole point of having a couples' pedicure is to do it TOGETHER!
When we realized that he wasn't getting service any time soon, he just got his feet out of the bowl and dried himself. The tech didn't even bother to ask or offer any kind of resolution.

This is not how you do business. I don't know if my tech was the owner or not but I certainly hope she wasn't because otherwise it goes to show how much the owner of this place cares about their clients. I made sure to tell her we needed a pedicure for two and she just didn't care. She saw that the other tech just started with another client, she just chose not to care. I can't blame the other tech - she probably wasn't even aware of what was going on.
This salon could've gained new customers had they been honest with us in the first place. Instead, the lost at least 2.

I come here every 2 weeks. They do great work. Just be patient  and nice to them they're understaffed. Book an appointment online and you'll be 1st priority.
