I came here for a blow out after being disappointed with the fact that a new salon wasn't opened yet. I was quickly greeted and offered tea or coffee and they took my coat to hang it up. As a walk-in, I expected to wait for a few minutes but did not have to wait to get into a chair! My hair was washed and styled nicely and my stylist had wonderful suggestions for places to go since I am new to Michigan. I left feeling like a new woman and my hairstyle has lasted even through sleeping overnight, rain and a nap!
$357 plus tip later and half my hair is still orange, my purple hair color is now blue, and I have chemical burns on my face. Thought I'd go here based on the reviews but my experience was horrible. I mean LOOK at my hair??? Especially for 400 DOLLARS!! Emailed the manager about this, will update my review if I get a response.
