Absolute terrible job on dip nails. On top of that they have barely any colors to choose from. They are extremely unsanitary when it comes to the building and how they conduct their work. Very disappointed and should've known better based on the reviews.
This place is not good anymore. I came back after not getting my nails done there for a few years and was shocked at how little they care about customers. I got a mani pedi and both were bad. I got shellac nails that were painted like a child did them. I had a black piece of hair cured into the shellac and when I tried to tell the woman she tried convincing me that the black hair was PART OF MY NAIL. Once my pedicure was "done" I had to ask the woman to wipe the paint off my skin on multiple toes.. not sure how she thought her work was complete. I felt like I completely wasted my money. Oh and they talk about and laugh at everyone very obviously.
The polish on my toes is shrinking off after one week. For 77 dollars, they forced a tip on the bill, I expected more. The website says massage but it's only a massage chair. No one offered me a drink, as promised on the website. I know this sounds petty but when you go for the whole spa experience and pay for it you expect more.
Totally worth it! Only $45 and really cute!! Absolutely love them, they always do so good when I come!!!
Well... me and my friend went to Elite Nails for her to get her nails and toes done, we call in to see if they are busy and they said we could just walk in. Everything was going good, we walk in there and they put us at a pedicure station. We sat there waiting for someone to start for 30 mintues. I ended up having to ask if someone could start on us because we had to be somewhere at 7:00. After I ask someone starts on my friend and the chair next to us starts spraying water everywhere all over us. Not very happy with this service
