The girl I had did a good job. However, I was not sure if her tools were cleaned properly which concerns me and the entire place needs a deep, deep cleaning. I'm a little leery of going back ...
All I can say is wow! My entire experience was lovely! Everyone in the shop was nice and talkative (which I love)! I had Maya and she was supper sweet and efficient! I absolutely loveeee my nails and can't wait to come back. It was such a relaxing and fun time! 10/10
Chair #4 always does a great job (I'm sorry i don't know his name) i got a natural set this time and loved it, he NEVER does the acrylic or gel too thick, i wish my pointer finger wasn't crooked but no matter who does my nails it's crooked, so it's just me haha. Anyways!!! They also have to best prices here in Jackson i pay 34-35$ for a full set with gel polish !!! And I'm never disappointed.

Visiting from out of town and picked this place despite the mixed reviews. I was not sorry! I love my nails and the customers and staff were friendly and helpful. Nooooowwwww the wait on the other hand (reason for the -1 Star)... but I knew a wait meant something good. There was on going traffic of customers coming in for various services.
The place is nothing glamorous, and the non gel polish selection isn't the largest (they push for gel polish). The wait comes from the techs taking their time and you getting what you want you came for. My tech was cracking jokes, offering water and even offered me some of his personal mints lol. Even when I frustrated him with my requests, he did show any disrespect (although I know he said a few things in his native language, but whatevs he was still nice and not in a fake way.)
Anyway, my nails came out great and now I'm wishing I had a place like this close to home...but I will be back on my next visit.
-I got a full set only- and I do think the tech inflated the prices a bit, but it still wasn't outrageous.
