Lucky Nails and Spa in Cleveland, TN

So kind, welcoming and very friendly. My friend and I walked in 40 min before closing. The last customer had just left and there was only one employee left . She asked what we wanted, I said 2 pedicures. I said I know it's late, and said it was okay if she didn't want to take us so late. She was so kind! She said she wanted to do our service and she called in another employee. They took there time, offered us drinks and were so professional. They genuinely cared about our happiness with their work. So refreshing. We told them we don't live here but if we come back we will come again. We highly recommend Lucky Nails and we felt luck to find this wonderful nail salon. I had the pleasure of Kim doing my pedi and Elise did my friend.

I've been going to Lucky Nails since they opened. They are very friendly...most importantly they do a great job on pedicures and dip nails!

I went on a recommendation and I will not go back. I tried to explain the shape of the nails I wanted to the lady and showed her a picture and she just completely did something else. I tried to nicely explain again what I wanted and she just either didn't understand or didn't seem to care but she got most of the way finished then had someone else finish my nails. I had to try and even out my nails myself though because they were crooked and not the same length and had ripples all along the edges. I was asked what I was doing by another employee and I told them they were uneven and they got rude with me. If I am paying for the nails and I have to wear them I would expect that I should be able to say if they are crooked without much hassle and that they should fix them as I asked multiple times. The second lady who finished my nails fixed them to an extent and even said they were crooked and uneven! Also one nail broke after 2 days! I went to have it fixed and the lady would not listen when I told her it was way longer than the other nails and I had to again try an correct it myself! She got rude again and I had to tell her 3 more times to please make it shorter. Also then men were not being appropriate with female clients and were asking things like "why is your boyfriend/husband not paying? He should be paying." I saw one girl and her boyfriend get really visibly uncomfortable and the employee kept asking and wouldn't leave the girl alone. The guy then asked me who my partner was and I said my husband and he tappped my hand and said "you should get this for valentines" and I held up my ring finger and said "yeah I already have one" he looked confused but I didn't understand why he said anything. It was bizarre to say the least. The staff is rude and do not listen. I will not be going back.
