Everyone is friendly and down to earth! Nothing worse than going to boujee salon with unrelatable stylists. Love this place and everyone is so talented.

I never actually got to receive a service here due to lack of customer service. I set up a consultation with a stylist here. They told me they would do some research for some products for my hair and contact me with the information. Never heard from them. I initially scheduled an appointment with them but I needed to reschedule. I tried emailing and calling the stylist, but no response. I didn't know how to cancel my old appointment, so I went online and scheduled a new one. I tried to call and cancel my old one, but still no response. This was weeks before my appointment. Once I received the confirmation text I cancelled both appointments. Unfortunately due to this experience I won't be a patron at your business. I understand you might be busy, but some form of communication and customer service would be best even if it is a few days late.

Although I have been to Lucky 13 once before and had a wonderful experience with another stylist, I was in yesterday for my first cut with Hannah. A friend of mine at work whose curly locks always look fantastic recommended Hannah, and boy am I ever glad I took her recommendation. I have a Ouidad stylist in Scottsdale who I see every year or so, and I had been going to Ambushed for the last several years with mediocre results (it was also extremely costly and the owner has no consideration for your time and doesn't own up to her mistakes - do not go there). As I was sitting in Hannah's chair, I could see the transformation of my 4 1/2 month growth with every snip. She blended the shelf that I had been complaining about to the owner of Ambushed and my hair now actually looks like it's a seamless style. I am in love with Hannah and would have hugged her on my way out, but social distancing would not allow. I have already scheduled by next appointment for September. Hannah is, without question, the second best curly hair stylest in the COUNTRY. Thank you so much!!!!

Wow. I wouldn't say that I had low expectations, but I've had a series of mediocre experiences at salons and always expect new haircuts to leave me with a bit of a "meh" feeling. Last week Amy cut my hair and hot damn she did a great job. We decided to cut off the ends of a bad dye job that I had been growing out even though it meant taking quite a bit more length off than I had initially planned, but it was the right decision. I left with a bouncy long bob that I love. Getting the old color off the ends made my hair look so much healthier, and my natural color looks much richer. I assumed I wouldn't be able to replicate the results at home, but the cut is so good that the two times I've styled it since looked just as good as when she did it. Even better, if it gets a bit wavy overnight, I quickly brush it, and it smooths out the frizz just enough to give it some texture and volume, and I don't have to resort to a messy bun. My hair looks so healthy. I'm in love.

Went here for the first time because I heard they deal with curly hair a lot, got a haircut with Mark and he listened exactly to how I wanted my haircut, it was the best haircut I've ever received!
