SCAM alert!!! I bought a Groupon for a haircut with Lucie. She took over a month to return my email request for an appointment. Then she claimed she had an injury and couldn't cut hair for months. When I tried again months later, she didn't have an available time slot for another month. The DAY OF of the appointment, she cancelled via voicemail. We rescheduled to next day, but when we went to the salon at our scheduled time there was no one there. She verbally assaulted me on the phone, hung up on me multiple times, and complained that 'Groupon didn't pay her what she deserved' for a haircut.' This unscrupulous woman is making it virtually impossible for those who have purchased a Groupon to make an appointment before they expire, then embezzling the funds. This vendor is committing fraud. DO NOT waste your money on this dishonest woman, who never intends to provide the services purchased. This is the first time I have ever given a one star review, but didn't want anyone else to fall into her trap!
I have been waiting more than a month to do my hair with her and she cancelled my appointment for the second time. Extremely unreliable behavior and this business does not value their customers. Do not recommend this business to anyone.
I purchased a Groupon for Lucie and promptly emailed to make an appointment. I carefully read the terms and conditions before purchasing and even checked her website to make sure a weekend appointment was offered. Lucie said her weekends were full for the next month or so and offered a weekday appointment option. I expressed concern with the timing of weekdays because of the commute across town.
I was met with rudeness as she explained that weekends are for "full price clientele". While this is fine, it should be outlined both with Groupon and on her website before scheduling. I thankfully was able to refund my Groupon and avoid any interaction.
Lucie is the sweetest hairstylist ever! I went in with a Groupon and just asked her to cut all the dead ends and give some volume. I loved her work! Great little salon in a peaceful neighborhood, so if you rather have a nice talk and privacy instead of the loud, overpriced salons in the area, that's your place!
I'm so glad I found her and I will definitely be back!
