This place is excellent- especially for the price! The owner takes care of you herself and is meticulous in her work! She remembers my preferences from previous appointments and makes sure I'm happy with her work throughout the service! Very quick to make corrections if I don't like something!
I've been coming here for my nails and the excellent service never fails. Marie, the shop owner always does my acrylics and pays attention to the smallest details, which I always appreciate as most nail shops are just trying to make a quick buck. She is incredibly sweet and I always feel welcomed. Prices are incredibly reasonable for the college students budget and the shop is always clean. This is definitely my go-to nail spot!
This place is not a place I will likely come again! My roommate and I came about a week or so ago and they only had two people. They said they'd be right with us and to soak our hands and probabaly like 30minutes later we were still waiting. I had to leave for class because it took so long. Later my roommate went back like 45mins later and they were STILL WORKING ON THE GUY THAT WAS THERE! She got her nails done and they were rushing so she told me she told the lady to slow down and she still rushed. Her nails started peeling within three days and when we told them they should at least remove it and repaint for free they said okay and they just charged her $10 after they were done!!! And it has taken an hour almost and they still aren't done! Guy taking off the gel STRUGGLED!
So unfortunate!
Get more people. Correct your sloppy work. And for goodness sakes clean your couch cover!:/
Have gotten my eyebrows and nails done here since 2016, I've tried to go get my eyebrows waxed many places but this is the only place that does them perfectly. Friendly staff and family owned
I am not sure what happened to this place. It used to be great but now a sad experience. I also have an ingrown big toenail as a result of a pedicure. I won't be back.
