Eric sucks, rushed the haircut, did not cut my hair at all what I said and even told him to do it a certain way and just cut the ends. Never going back this place sucks!

Candace did an amazing job on my hair today! The upkeep of platinum blonde has been a pain so I asked for something that would be easier to maintain during the winter. I believe she did a root smudge with some highlights and money pieces. She also trimmed my dead ends and gave me curtain bangs. She listened and did exactly what I wanted. I haven't had good experiences in Pensacola with my hair and usually travel back to KY to get it done. I am always weary trying a new stylist but knowing Candace has 10+ years of experience helped! I am very pleased and definitely recommend her. The salon itself is so cute and very well decorated.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Loxx is a Glorified SUPERCUTS. Price was not a problem. The problem was coming out looking like I went to a barber. Eric is HORRIBLE. I brought photos explaned just wanted style trimmed up a bit. While cutting HE never once allowed me to look in mirror, always had mirror OUT OF VIEW. Had color done & terrible at that too. It was so frustrating not to be able to see whats being done. After her blew dry, took cape off & that was it. Apparently he OVERRATED his questionable talents. I looked in mirror & was SHOCKED I was going to leave this way. He KNEW I was NOT HAPPY & DID NOTHING. I could have gotten same service & skills at a SUPERCUTS. After paying I told receptionist how UNHAPPY I WAS W/ WHAT WAS DONE! She just sat there. I proceeded to contact Owner "Natalie" what a JOKE. Come to find out I should have checked REVIEWS 1st. Several COMPLAINTS FOR EVERYONE THERE. Owner just as bad as GAURENTEE she wouldnt let him touch her head. I'd rather have burned the $120 than to hand it to those INCOMPETENT ASSHOLES. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN & I WILL TELL ALL I KNOW. Deserved ZERO STARS.

Gabriella was awesome! I am a first time customer here and was impressed from the receptionist booking my appointment, my service provider gave me a perfect cut and gloss, as well as having a great personality. The salon is so nicely decorated having not too much but not too little... the wall color is perfect. I verbally complimented it. The owner has a super adorable shop next door you should check out. Brittney is my go-to girl at Loxx. She's an incredible stylist and is extremely personable; I always feel at home and very comfortable with Brittney. Her room is clean, inviting, and calming. Brittney has never given me a bad cut and the few times I've done any color, I've always been thoroughly impressed. The receptionists are always pleasant and I enjoy talking to them when I'm a tad early to appointments.
