DO NOT GO HERE! This man made me bleed and ruined my nail. I was in actual tears and the man showed no sympathy and said he would just give me a bandaid when he clearly saw my finger dripping blood saying there was nothing he could do. He also wouldn't stop when I told him too. I was clearly in pain and he did not care. I've never been treated so poorly in my life and will never return or recommend anyone to this terrible place.
This place is great! My nails last a month to six weeks. Just ask for Windy I also take very good care of you with waxing!
If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. THEY DONT DESERVE THE 1 STAR I HAD TO GIVE TO POST THIS REVIEW!!!! The staff is inattentive and unpleasant. I called to inquire about the dip polish and if they offered the service, the lady confirmed that they offered the service for $35. I went the next day June 26 to have my nails done. After she was done, the price had changed to $45 and now, not even a week later the dip polish is chipping, splitting and cracking. Worst experience ever. I have been using dip polish for 2 years and never experienced this. WILL NEVER USE THEM!
Extremely poor service. Very rude staff. I went there after making an appointment. Still waited for a long time. The lady who was to do the work on me was being taught by other one. So I simply asked- is she new and not a trained one. At this the lady who claimed to be manager says- then you should make another appointment! Seriously, this is after waiting for an hour!! No explanation or apology offered until I asked for owner's contact info- which they refused to give. Went on to be arrogant and unprofessional! I think they are overwhelmed and are poorly managing the service! They should not be wasting client's time if they do not have trained staff to provide service and not taking appointments ! If I were the owner, I would want to know. The owner should talk to the reviewers!!
I really think this business and other business alike, should invest in appointment books to keep up with the appointments and walk-ins customers. Good service when waited on though
