Terrible service, I had a pedicure that lasted 15 minutes and was charged $30. My daughter had her names done and the guy doing her names decided to yell at her when she did t like the shape of her nails.. she said she wanted and certain shape and that she was paying for that certain shape and and if they couldn't do it she's would go somewhere else. The guy then stood up and yelled at her saying that she would have to pay or he was calling the police. Mind you he had worked on one hand. It was an awful experience and we won't be back EVER!!!
We had an appointment at 12 . We came in they were not ready for us she asked us to come back in 30 minutes we told her no problem there were 4 of us 2 kids 2 adults. When we came back in 30 min they had 4 chairs together they sat us down proceeded to help 2 walk ins and then finally 1 person started on my daughter then he was almost done I asked if if he was going to be doing the whole family? The mean lady at the front butted in as said no I'll be there in a minute. Then another guy started on my granddaughter still sitting there the mean lady at the counter called over the walkin that was there from earlier and left us sitting there so here it is 1and a half hours later my other granddaughter and myself still sitting in cold water a grouP of 4 ladies came in and they said they had an appointment they told them to sit down and they still took another walk in before me. I pulled out feet out of the water. I'm done! No respect for their customers they are rude they don't care about your schedule I thought that this is why appointment where made. Selfish woman needs a reality check
Man doing the pedi injured me severalv times. He even removed sloppy polish job leftovers from my ankle with a pumice stone! He rotary filed my toe and burned me twice with the uv light.
