The location at PCB Pkwy & Nautilus is great! I love this place. They take their time do a thorough and good job. Highly recommend for a really good pedicure Do Not go to the location at PCB Pkwy & Richard Jackson Blvd in the strip with Publix. I've given that location two tries and am very unhappy with both, separate occasions - once for a pedi & once for a manicure. The polish on each was like a child did the painting.
The lady owner was nice at first. I question if the two NEW nail techs are really certified by the state because they were training them to do nails and feet. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and she definitely didn't know what she was doing and I had to go back with chipped gel polish. I paid $75 to get my toes and nails done. I went back to get the two nails fixed that chipped within one day. The owner witch lady was angry with me and said it was because of the beach and the sand. I had not even been out to the beach at that point. I was in my room when they chipped. She was not pleasant to deal with. Don't go their $55 price is deceiving. They find ways to charge you more and your nails won't last, not even with gel polish.
DO NOT GO HERE! $75 (before tip) for stubby trash nails, also left skin all around my daughters nails didn't even clean them up, I have been coming here literally since before my daughter was born, I called up to see if I could send her in so they could clean up the cuticle and he said that he wanted to charge me another $20 to cut pieces of skin off her cuticle that they left! absolutely ridiculous! then told me that I couldn't go anywhere and pay $35 for nails, which is a lie because I just did not too long ago! not even the right shape and they so thick! Also owner smokes his vape in the salon like a chimney, and and sleeps on the sitting area with his feet all on the couch! GROSS!
Great place. Very friendly. They can't please everyone , that's impossible. I wish people would understand how detrimental a bad review on YELP can cost a business. This is a great place, come try out for yourself.
I e been coming here for 2 years... very nice people. Danny, owner, likes to joke around . Prices are great, clean, and you get to watch a movie. They have many TVs along the wall and a movie is always on. Love it
