Made appointment an hour ago, got to salon a few minutes early and when I checked in, was told no one available to honor my appointment. Very disappointed. Been here many times prior but place seems to be looking tired and losing customers. No surprise.
The worst service ever!! Not only did they quote me a price when i called to inquire about their services, they also promised me a 20%off (first clients discount) but after service was done I was charged something else and they were trying to only give me 10% instead of the 20%. Good thing they sent a text with the % discount so I had it to show proof. The place was empty, that should have been my sign to walk away. They are supposed to be under new management, I can't imagine what it was like with the previous management. The ambiance, service and quality does not match their prices. Do not recommend and will not be back.
Not a busy spot, nice workers, and they offer hybrid gel (gel beauty). Most salons don't offer hybrid gel so finding this spot was a plus!
One of my favorite spots! My partner and I go for mani-pedi's every few weeks and always walk out impressed and happy.
They recently redid the place and it looks and feels so fresh and clean!
(Deluxe Pedicure is definitely worth it)
Haven't been here in a while and the customer service is amazing always do an amazing job and both my nails and toes always come out beautiful definitely will be coming back again
