SmartStyle Hair Salon in Las Vegas, NV

Hi, my name is Millie....I'm just gonna get right to the point with my review: AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE coupled with the professionalism you would expect! That was my experience  having my hair service done by Destiny! She was very considerate of what I wanted and after explaining to her what I was looking for (high lights and a trim on very curly hair), my girl "set it off!"

She also took the time to explain to me every step of the process which I appreciated so very much! I am very happy with the results and intend to come back in the future to this location.

I appreciate that this particular Smart Style serves a diverse community of customers with differing hair types, thickness, etc., and will take any customer-no matter what! This is what professional hair care should be about and that was my experience.

Destiny and her amazing Manager even do Braids too! I watched with delight the store manager working on a gentlemen who has having his braids done, and so many folks were "blown away' with how well she took care of him!
It really was a good time taking that in! So happy to see that!

Smart Style met my price point (compared to other hair care venues) and I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in. That's that "old school" vibe I felt right from "jump street".

Vicky is my hairstylist she is new to the area let's show her some vegas l ok be she did my hair and get passion for hair is the business I've went to her once she is the only one who can look at a picture and get it to what you want to ur will not be disappointed I'm very picky and her personality is just uplifting I was having a bad day she made me feel beautiful thank you Vicky.

No i don't need your lazy workers or your business I'll go where they'll take us right away and my money!! Again zero stars from me!!

Only one employee in store no manager on duty. My daughter had an appointment for  consultation and perm and was told that they could not  provide any services total waste of time !!!  They  could of at least called and let us know that now one was available.. The employee in store could barely understand English.  Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was on a family vacation and I chose this salon to give my 12 year old son a hair cut... BIG MISTAKE!! When we arrived we werent greeted nicely by Jeanine and we were told to wait (we ended up waiting 15 min and there were no other customers there) we felt unwelcome but still proceeded to get the haircut since my son really needed one.
The stylist, Jeanine took my son and if she didn't know how to give a proper hair cut, she should of not have done it at all! We had asked for a middle fade and to just trim the top!  Tell me why, she practically shaved almost all of his hair and just Cutts the top. I also made the mistake of going to the restroom during the time of his haircut and came back to a nightmare. I just couldn't believe what she had done to my sons hair. I was courteous but I made it clear that I was very dissatisfied with it. She still charge us for the haircut and didn't even ask if we wanted a shampoo but still did it and still charged us for it! I wanted to cry, I was so upset. And my son broke down in tears because he was so embarrassed! I had to buy him a hat to wear to cover the messed up hair cut and he wore it the whole time of our trip! This review was overdue but ever time I take him to the barber here at home, I'm reminded by this incident because we are still trying to fix her mistake!
