We have been coming to see Lyn Phinx at Louisville Nails and Spa for years and have always had wonderful experiences there. They go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and getting the services that we came for. They treat us like family and the result is our deepest appreciation and loyalty. Two of us in our family have mobility issues and the staff helps us in any way they can. We couldn't ask for more and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My experience was T E R R I B L E. It was my first time here and the first picture is what I received after 3 hours getting them done. I asked for French tips, natural. I had the nails removed bc they were not what I asked for, LUMPY, MISPOSITIONED, uneven, etc. They left the acetone exposed to me breathing when removing the nails, and damaged my original nails. The owner was passive aggressive with me. She said $55 was not a lot of money. They wouldn't refund my money so I returned for a second time and still received horrible nails. I RECOMMEND A NAIL TECH. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Run far away
I took my wife here to get a pedicure while we were on our mini vacation. Staff was super friendly and funny! I decided to get a pedicure also.. and can I say this is my second pedicure for myself last one was in Miami.. and this place hands down superseded the one in Miami.. and as for my wife.. we'll she loved this place as well!! We will definitely be coming back if we are in the area!

Like I never left! Clean, vibrant and friendly as usual! Great customer service with a great end result. I got a basic pedicure and my nail tech was very efficient! Not too pricey and close to home. I'll be back, especially since I live closer! Thanks guys!
