I was parked waiting to open, Twi came 15 min prior to opening. She saw me and started the Pedicure immediately. She is very friendly and did a very good job with the pedicure. The one thing I have never seen done before to make sure you are getting the service you want. They give you the price and service card to verify what you want. An example they have 3 types of pedicures. $20. $25 and $30. Then shows what is included for each. I called and had an appointment scheduled and would recommend scheduling doing this.
I used to love this place when it was still "Jenny's nails" but the new owners have made it go downhill. The last time I ever went there the man on the phone confirmed my appointment for 4:30 and when I got there , there were 2 other people there with appointments at 4:30 with the same nail tech.
My 19 year old sister went today with her friend and they messed up both their nails really bad which sucks because they used to do such a good job. Both of their cards got declined due to their new system (not their cards) and the man swiped each card over twenty times. Then he forced the girls to drive to an ATM to get cash because their iPad wasn't working. Absolutely Terrible
I've gone to several nail salons and always find my way back to Jenny. They get me in quick but I suggest calling ahead cause they can be busy most times. She remembers clients names and seriously goes the extra mile to make everyone happy. Best salon in Lincoln, without a doubt. I'll suggest it to all my friends & coworkers. 10/10

I love Jenny's nails! They do great work at great prices and I have a great time with the ladies every time I go. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for great service at great prices!
Got me in fast, but cut me a few times and my paint is already smudged... Their table had no lights, so I just had to dry with a fan. Not very happy... Good shape though
