I usually like Lookafter and usually get a good haircut. This time I went to Jessica and was not pleased at all. She had no personality at all acted like she had somewhere better to be. The entire process hair wash cut blow dry took 15 minutes. She didn't ask any questions as to lenghth I would like. She never checked to see if the sides were even they are not. It looks like I got a bowl cut. I shouldn't have tipped her but I did.
Have to make an appointment. I use the app. Haircuts start at $20 for men & $14 for kids.Tues is mens & Wed is kids discount day.Have a rewards program. At this location ask for my girls, Eve or Lindsay. Won't get a better haircut. My rating BEST
I'd like to give my heartfelt thanks to Linda at LookAfter. I hate getting my hair cut. Linda, cut thru the bs & made me feel very comfortable. She listened to what I wanted & made some suggestions. Some I decided to go with! She did not impose her plan on my head without permission. In return, her actions established trust & I will go back-to her.
In addition, I went out the same nite & recieved many compliments!!! On my hair!!! That! Never happens!!!

Well so far so not good. I did not have an appointment and fee like an alien or a traitor. The stylist who checked me in 'well it will be at least 45 minutes'. I clearly got the vibe they do not want a customer without an appointment. More to come.
My now 4 year old loves getting his hair cut here! We especially love Lana and Lindsey. They do an amazing job in their craft and their patience with my little boy. Thanks to them, he loves haircuts and gets upset if he goes too long without one. Wonderful, patient, and compassionate for kiddos.
