If I could give this place zero stars, I would. A blind, one-armed drunk monkey could do a better job at interlocking and customer service than I received at this "business". I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Pariz and she was not only lacking in talent, but also professionalism. She was rude, accusatory, and unaccommodating on several levels. I sat in her chair for over 2.5 hrs and not even 1/4 of my head was completed. She insulted my hair and made several rude comments about it that left me in shock and offended. I did not even stay to complete my hair due to the negative energy and unprofessionalism. Since she makes you pay up front (and in cash), I am out $120. I advise everyone to STAY AWAY.
My consultant Freda is a gem. I actually stumbled across her Instagram page and knew immediately that I wanted her to install my sisterlocks. So I booked a ticket from MN to NC just to have her do my install. Yes, it was that serious to me! I do not regret it one bit.
The shop is conducted in a professional manner, modern designs, immaculately clean, and decorated with inspirational art and mantras.
She is a certified sisterlock consultant and has to be the BEST in NC, if not the EAST Coast. She takes pride in every head that she "births" and you can tell from the quality of her work.
Located in a shopping center, parking is plentiful.
