I needed a professional haircut and Lauren does a great job cutting my hair. It looks good all month long. The location is on State St in the back of a clothing boutique.

Sadly, I cannot recommend Lauren. I got hair extensions and maintained them for several months, then decided to have them removed and saved for another time. Lauren offered to keep them with her, which seemed convenient at the time, so I agreed. Now, I am unexpectedly leaving the area and contacted her to get the hair back so I can take it with me. She said she would find it in the boxes where she stores hair, and get back to me. Six weeks later, I followed up since I had not heard from her. She changed her tune and said she doesn't keep extensions, and suggested I must have them after all. Of course I don't, so I asked for a refund of the $205 I paid for the hair. She refused. Between the loss of my property and then the accusation that I was the one to have it all wrong, her business model and customer service is problematic. It's a shame too, because she is talented. Do better, Lauren!
