B.T. Nails & Spa in Carlsbad, CA

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The lady cut me twice and the flower she put on my nail looks like a child painted it. When she tried to put the polish on, it wouldn't go on right because it was still bleeding. She didn't push back my cuticles and got polish on my skin. A child could have done way better and it would have been safer.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went there after looking for different locations and saw the pretty picture of the murals on wall (by the way there are no more murals) and I was having a mommy date with my 5yo daughter. There were only 2 people and when I nicely asked the wait the one lady barked at me to sign in and pick color. Ok I just wanted to know the wait. Flash Forward to my daughter and I sitting 5 miles from each, being rushed through our mani pedis, when I accidentally asked the lady to do something twice she pretty much yelled at me she was doing it. I took a deep breath and asked prices and was shocked to hear they charged me the same price for my 5yo as an adult when her nail polish is all over her skin. Also when I turned on the massage on the chair the lady turned it off because it bothered her! When they moved my daughter out of the chair I explained she just wanted a couple minutes on the massage chair for fun and I was told I was almost done and they didn't want to dirty her chair. I put her on it anyways because I was pissed. For $71 Plus $12 in tips because I refused to give more, you bet your ass my daughter is sitting in the massage chair! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I got my nails done somewhere else and needed just the top coat for gel on one nail and they REFUSED to help me only if i paid for all of them to be painted! IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX and the lady and man inside seemed to not care at all and wanted to over charge me! i just wanted ONE nails top coat! The simplest thing!! I work inside the mall and i will make it known not to go here because of these people! I've never had such bad and rude service from a nail salon.

With a new location and new chairs, KC Nails has really upped their game. The new place (inside the mall downstairs by Sears) is clean and peaceful. The pedicurists are always friendly and quick to get you in a seat. For an extra $5, you can extend your massage by 15 minutes. And they're good at massage! Note: I have only had pedicures here, but this is where I go without fail.

They do a good job here. Everyone has always treated me very nice. I come here for lyn she always gives me the best pedicure. Their location is inside the mall next to sears on the lower level.
