I'm really disappointed and unsatisfied with Vicky Gagante. She cut my hair back in 2017 and did it WAYYY SHORTER than what I asked. I came back all these years later and got Vicky again because she was the only one working. I told her I wanted V-style and to only trim a couple inches, keep in mind I physically showed her what length I wanted and only wanted her to cut up to where my breasts aligned as my hair is already long. By the time she was done, my hair was up to my shoulders and she layered it way too much. I look like an asian dora, absolutely horendous and I'm so upset. She doesn't know how to follow instructions whatsoever and shouldnt be cutting hair anymore. I'm very livid, now I cant do anything with my ugly short hair until it starts to grow back. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Fuck this place. They don't even greet or acknowledge you when you walk in. The first time I let it slide, but 2nd time and same "mistake"??? Unacceptable.
Unfortunately don't come here, I waited TWO HOURS before she can help me. And she REALLY did wrong to my hair I said this color brownish ash ( i have a pictures with me) but STILL she got me this copper gross color. She didn't follow your instructions I SAID just trim my hair and she continues to cut my hair shorter. SO DON'T GO HERE NO TIME MANAGEMENT, NOT LISTENING TO YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. they not even using professional hair color products.
